Project
Real photos from a finished All American Renovations bathroom remodel: tiled shower walls with recessed niches, glass enclosures, a wood vanity, and brushed-nickel fixtures.
These photos come from a bathroom remodel our crew finished and photographed at completion. They show the details that decide whether a bathroom still looks right years from now: how the tile meets at corners and niches, how the glass sits on the curb, and how the vanity, mirror, and fixtures line up.
What the photos show
Large-format, marble-look wall tile with veining carried around the shower and tub surround.
Recessed shower niches finished in a contrasting tile, one in a pebble-style mosaic and one in a small hexagon mosaic.
Glass shower enclosures with brushed-nickel hardware.
A wood vanity with a white top, an undermount sink, and a brushed-nickel faucet.
A lighted mirror and a ceiling-mounted fixture over the vanity.
Details worth looking for in any bathroom
Niches should be planned before tile starts so they land between studs and line up with the tile layout instead of cutting a tile awkwardly. Glass enclosures depend on walls that are plumb and a curb that is level, which is decided long before the glass is measured. A vanity and mirror look intentional when their centerlines match and the lighting is placed for faces, not just the room.
